FP&A Consultant

Overview

In this role you will lead data-driven FP&A engagements for a top-tier client base, delivering insights that inform strategic decisions. You will own delivery across multiple projects, mentor junior staff, and help shape the consulting practice and software roadmap. You’ll work with senior management and cross-functional teams to create robust, repeatable solutions that drive client performance. This is a high-visibility opportunity to scale analytics capabilities across finance and performance management domains in a London-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of projects through end-to-end delivery
• Identify, assess and influence key drivers of client value
• Develop data-driven insights and present them effectively using advanced visualization
• Deliver robust FP&A solutions for daily use by senior management
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to delivery methodology
• Support business development and influence potential software roadmap
• Serve as day-to-day client contact with credibility and strong communication
• Build and enhance advisory and FP&A data analytics capabilities

Key requirements

• Financial analytics and strategic performance management experience
• BI or similar project management experience
• Consultancy practice development and new channel creation
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of the finance function and financial analysis
• Prince2 or equivalent methodology
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
