Job Description:
Ministry of Justice is seeking a Legal Officer based in the First-tier Mental Health Tribunal at Sovereign House, Leicester, LE1 6TR. You will work within a Regional Hearing Centre to support complex tribunal case management and assess how best to advance caseloads, ensuring access to justice.
Under supervision, you will make decisions on case processing and liaise with HMCTS colleagues and stakeholders to ensure efficient administration of justice across national tribunals.
