Key Responsibilities:Providing compassionate care to individuals experiencing mental health challengesManaging patient assessments, care plans, and reviewsWorking collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and psychologistsAdministering medication and monitoring patient progress
Requirements:Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Mental Health NursePrevious experience working in mental health nursing (in a hospital or community setting is ideal)Strong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to commit to a full-time weekday schedule.
