Crypto Developer – HFT

Overview

In this role you will contribute to a high-profile crypto trading platform by building and testing blockchain tools and CeFi support apps. You will work with a globally recognized prop trading firm that values open source tech, scalability, and performance. Your work will span research, implementation, and rapid learning across crypto topics to improve trading infrastructure. You will collaborate with smart, teaching-minded colleagues and gain exposure to trading data flows and infrastructure at scale. This is a remote UK opportunity with substantial bonus potential and a strong growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on R&D of blockchain tools and applications
• Conduct independent research on crypto topics
• Develop and test Python applications to support CeFi trading

Key requirements

• Proficiency in managing Ethereum and Solana nodes
• Experience with C++/Rust/Go/Kotlin or similar
• Good level of Python
• Strong fundamentals of software engineering
• Comfort operating across multiple abstraction layers
• Ability to work autonomously
• Robust development skills (testing, debugging, problem solving)
• Ability to learn new languages and third-party libraries quickly
• Smart contract development is a bonus
