Property Administrators are required for this privately-owned property company who own a diverse portfolio across residential and commercial of c700 assets.

Role will be focused on –

• Utilities management
• Property administration
• Contractor coordination for repairs/maintenance
• Tenant liaison
• Administrative support to Commercial Property Management department internally
• Team diary coordination
• Internal tracking, logging of issues
• PO creation
