Overview
In this role you manage a portfolio of client accounts for Landor’s brand consultancy, acting as a trusted partner to unlock growth opportunities and ensure value across projects. You lead cross-functional collaboration, craft compelling proposals, and safeguard scope, budget, and quality. You translate client briefs into clear next steps, guide teams to high-impact brand work, and contribute to Landor’s mission of connecting brand outcomes to business results.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and develop deep knowledge of each client’s business and challenges
- Act as a trusted partner, communicating Landor’s capabilities and identifying growth opportunities
- Develop clear project proposals, scopes of work, and client presentations
- Coordinate with Landor teams to deliver on time, on budget, and on scope, refining work as needed
- Lead client status calls and communicate findings in written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Ensure client-facing materials and proposals are accurate and high quality
- Coordinate with resource management and Directors to align projects with scope and budget
- Collaborate with Client Leaders to resolve pricing, payment, and scope-management challenges
- Partner with Finance to manage reporting, invoicing, timesheets, budgets, forecasts, and revenue
- Maintain accurate archives of key client deliverables and case studies
Key requirements
- Experience in a similar role within brand consultancy, advertising agency, or related field
- Comfortable managing stakeholders up to brand manager level
- Excellent project management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Strategic thinker with ability to interpret client briefs into actionable steps
- Curiosity for Landor’s offerings and new business ideas
