Composite Engineering Graduate — 2-Year Rotational Scheme

McLaren Composites Technology Centre in Sheffield is recruiting for a Composites Engineering Graduate Scheme for 2027 to rotate across engineering and quality teams over 24 months. You’ll gain hands-on experience in planning, implementing and controlling changes to design, manufacturing, project and facility workstreams.

You should have or be on track for a 2:1 in a relevant degree, a passion for cars, and strong communication.
