Overview

In this role, you will lead end-to-end fund design, development, and launch for bespoke vehicles, working with sales, legal, compliance, and portfolio management. You’ll drive multi-asset fund structuring within a regulated environment and contribute to the growth of the Mansart platform. You will navigate complex approvals, collaborate across regions, and integrate ESG considerations where applicable. This position offers a impact-focused path shaping innovative fund solutions for clients in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end fund design, development, and launch for new funds, ETFs, and managed accounts, including documentation
  • Coordinate internal/external approvals across the launch lifecycle
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to assess feasibility, pricing, and suitable vehicles under regulation
  • Lead technical project management and engage with service providers (managers, depositaries, administrators, auditors)
  • Oversee changes to existing funds (restructures, mergers, terminations)
  • Stay informed on industry developments and regulatory changes impacting structuring and documentation
  • Incorporate ESG considerations and related European regulations into product development
  • Foster strong internal/external partnerships to ensure timely delivery
  • Demonstrate detail orientation and proactively address client/regulatory needs
  • Support ongoing growth and enhancement of the Mansart platform and fund offerings

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of European funds industry and regulatory environment (UCITs, AIFMD, MIFID, Consumer Duty)
  • Familiarity with ESG integration and related regulations (SFDR, taxonomy, UK SDR)
  • Experience in product development focused on structuring funds in Ireland/Luxembourg or similar jurisdictions
  • Understanding of derivatives and their application in fund structures
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with multi-priority lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative across teams
