As an Educational Psychologist within Warwickshire’s EPS, you will support inclusion and positive outcomes for children and families across settings. You’ll join a large, collaborative team delivering both traded and statutory services, with a strong emphasis on consultation, research, and project work. The role offers flexible working, professional supervision, and the use of a Surface Pro to support delivery. You will work across the 0-25 age range, contributing to strategic initiatives and multi-agency partnerships. Responsibilities
- Support improved outcomes for children and families through individual, group, and system-level activity
- Engage in research and project work and contribute to strategic initiatives
- Provide consultation to schools, settings, and services and work across traded and statutory clients
- Participate in professional supervision and line management structures
- Deliver flexible, high-quality psychological services across the 0-25 age range
- Collaborate with EP colleagues and partner agencies on projects of interest
- Contribute to trauma-informed and inclusive practice initiatives
