Overview
In this role you drive electrical construction activities for the HPC project, guiding site delivery from pre-construction to handover. You’ll champion safety, quality, and on-time delivery within a multi-disciplinary EPC environment. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prepare, plan, and track electrical work, ensuring conformance with schedule and site procedures. The opportunity centers on delivering reliable electrical systems for a next-generation nuclear plant, within a global, safety‑driven context.

Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee electrical activities from site delivery to commissioning handover
- Prepare documentation, procure materials, and coordinate interfaces with other programmes
- Implement MEH L4 schedule (4 and 16 weeks look-ahead) and flag risks to management
- Ensure delivery on safety, quality, time, and cost within project constraints
- Promote right‑first‑time execution and share lessons learned across teams
- Engage with MEH contractors and design/procurement stakeholders to maintain alignment
Key requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in similar missions
- Strong adaptability and autonomy
- Interest in major projects and new challenges
- Ability to apply field experience and integrate OPEX
- Fluent English (technical writing and daily communication, level B2)
