Overview

In this role you will own cyber security and technology projects end-to-end, guiding delivery from requirements to handover. You’ll work with customers, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes that meet high standards. You’ll manage complex deployments and coordinate cross-functional teams to turn concepts into deployable solutions. This is a chance to influence high-profile programmes and shape delivery within a collaborative PMO. You will be supported by a growth‑oriented, hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document project requirements and scope
  • Develop project plans and work breakdown structures
  • Manage delivery from proof-of-concept to large-scale deployments
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
  • Control budgets, resources, dependencies, and timelines
  • Manage change and scope throughout delivery
  • Resolve project issues and drive successful outcomes
  • Produce and maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Manage stakeholder communications at all levels
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth execution
  • Deliver regular project updates and performance reports

Key requirements

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent project management certification)
  • Around 5+ years’ project management experience
  • Experience delivering technology, cyber security, networking, telecommunications, or managed service projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Commercially aware with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
