Senior Data Science Leader – Drug Development

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Associate Director, Data Science to lead the DSAA team’s analytics strategy across early to late-stage drug development. You will shape frameworks, set standards, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.

The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on modelling: patient segmentation, biomarker discovery, NLP and causal ML on multimodal data, while mentoring a small team and promoting reproducible software practices.
