Overview
In this role you act as the primary contact for customers within the Meriden-based UK Sales Support team, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate account data. You will build strong relationships, manage high volumes of calls and emails, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service. The position supports customer onboarding and access setup, contributing to a responsive, service‑oriented customer experience. This is a hands-on, relationship‑driven role within Corpay’s Epyx line of business.

Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and serve as the main point of contact for queries and issues
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (approx. 80–90 per day) and resolve inquiries
- Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally
- Produce accurate reports by exporting and organizing account data
- Set up login details and system access for new customers and fleets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
Key requirements
- Previous customer service or sales experience
- Clear telephone, verbal and written communication with strong listening skills
- Confident using Microsoft applications and learning new systems
- Organised and accurate multitasking and prioritisation
- Knowledge of automotive, fleet, leasing or vehicle maintenance industry is beneficial
