Director, Product Solutions – Life Sciences

Overview

In this role you will drive successful AI-enabled Life Sciences software implementations by bridging product engineering and field delivery. You will orchestrate collaboration among Salesforce Professional Services, SI Partners, customers, and product teams to accelerate deployments while upholding quality. You will develop scalable implementation playbooks, reusable assets, and enablement materials to uplift global teams. Your work helps reduce time-to-value for customers and shapes the integration strategy for life sciences use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design, pilot and scale AI-driven implementation playbooks and automation to transform data and processes
• Standardize methodologies using generative AI to reduce manual effort in complex integrations
• Evaluate and refine implementation tools based on field feedback
• Create reusable assets, reference architectures, and training modules for internal and SI Partner ecosystems
• Serve as primary subject matter expert and foster collaboration across product engineering, field consultants, and customer teams
• Develop and deliver targeted technical enablement workshops and field guides for global teams
• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify common requirements and integration needs in core Life Sciences use cases
• Collaborate with Product Management to prioritize feature enhancements based on trends and customer needs
• Publish solution blueprints and best practices to minimize custom development
• Develop and deploy accelerators and process improvements to shorten time-to-value for customers
• Lead internal and external enablement sessions to drive best-practice adoption
• Improve Solution Design assessment scores and support portfolio growth in Life Sciences

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of software implementation and integration experience within Life Sciences
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Veeva Vault CRM solutions
• Proven track record of developing scalable implementation methodologies, best practices, and technical tools
