Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex bid processes across multidisciplinary teams
• Translate technical input into persuasive narratives for proposals
• Lead and upskill the bidding team to drive excellence and continuous improvement
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality bid documents under tight deadlines
• Collaborate with professionals from various disciplines to align on strategy and messaging
• Enhance market positioning through compelling storytelling and strategic questioning of status quo

Key requirements

• BSc/MSc in business management, marketing or environmental/engineering related discipline (desirable)
• Excellent time management, coordination and organisational skills
• Excellent written English
• Ability to engage with a wide range of professionals at different levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Team player with ability to work independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat
• Calm under pressure with tight deadlines
