Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of junior fee earners
- Manage a reduced caseload from instruction to completion
- Ensure transactions meet legal standards and internal procedures
- Oversee quality assurance and maintain high client service
- Identify training needs and promote CPD
- Support team to achieve performance goals and departmental targets
Key requirements
- 5 years’ experience in commercial conveyancing (freehold and leasehold)
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
- Demonstrable experience in leading and motivating a team
- Strong commercial awareness and proactive problem-solving
