Director, SEND & Inclusive Learning Support

Chichester College Group seeks a Director of SEND and Additional Learning Support to lead outstanding support across all colleges. You will develop provision in line with SEND reform, ensure statutory obligations are met, and drive inclusion at strategic and operational levels.

You will manage SEND teams across multiple sites and deliver measurable reductions in achievement gaps for learners with additional needs.
