Overview

In this role you will lead large Web and CMS transformation programs for enterprise clients, guiding delivery from discovery to post-launch optimization. You’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage client relationships to ensure scalable, high-impact digital platform implementations. You’ll balance technical complexity with commercial accountability in fast‑paced environments. This is a delivery leadership role focused on shaping enterprise web solutions and modern CMS ecosystems. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless)
• Manage project scope, budgets (1M+), schedules, and profitability
• Facilitate discovery workshops and convert requirements into delivery plans
• Develop project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and estimate-to-completion tracking
• Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, content migration, and technical architecture
• Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, scoping, and SOW development
• Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement of project governance and delivery processes

Key requirements

• 6+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency or consulting environment
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Web and CMS implementations (e.g., Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, headless CMS)
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture and multi-platform integrations
• Experience managing large client-facing teams and complex project logistics
• Demonstrated financial management experience including revenue forecasting and margin tracking
• Expertise in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder written and verbal communication skills across business and technical audiences
