Senior Project Manager

Overview

In this role, you lead enterprise-scale Web and CMS transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and direct client engagement to deliver scalable platforms. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Web and CMS projects (replatforming, multi-site, headless implementations)
• Manage project scope, budgets (1M+), schedules, and profitability
• Facilitate discovery workshops and translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting
• Oversee resource planning, forecasting, and estimate-to-completion tracking
• Identify and mitigate risks related to integrations, content migration, and technical architecture
• Participate in pre-sales activities including RFP responses, scoping, and SOW development
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Drive continuous improvement of project governance and delivery processes

Key requirements

• 4+ years of Project Management experience in a digital agency or consulting environment
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Web and CMS implementations (e.g., Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, headless CMS)
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture and multi-platform integrations
• Experience managing large client-facing teams and complex project logistics
• Demonstrated financial management experience including revenue forecasting and margin tracking
• Expertise in Agile and hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders
