Overview
In this role you will lead major projects or smoothly transition into ongoing ones, ensuring momentum and client value. You will partner with design and technical leaders to translate vision into delivered outcomes, shaping scopes, budgets, and schedules while mitigating risks. You’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to maintain constructability, quality, and performance, and mentor the next generation of talent. Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial success of projects, manage programme, delivery and fees with the client
- Coordinate design teams from concept to delivery ensuring constructability and quality
- Engage with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve challenges creatively and clearly
- Mentor emerging talent and contribute to a dynamic, design-led culture
Key requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects
- Licensed architect (preferred)
- Strong leadership and ability to inspire interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication across project lifecycle and with clients
- Understanding of project management impact on design and delivery
