Early Talent Development Lead – 12-Month FTC (London, Hybrid)

Anderson Clark in London is seeking an Early Talent Development Specialist on a 12–13 month maternity cover contract, based in central London. The role handles the trainee programme for 120–150 trainees, coordinating development meetings, performance advice and qualification processes.

You will partner with Trainee Partners, HRBPs and trainees, manage secondments with Partners and Global Mobility, and drive learning initiatives and coaching to help trainees reach their potential.
