This hands-on role blends business analysis, ERP support and user adoption, working with the ERP & Business Systems Manager to translate requirements into practical improvements.

The successful candidate will help the move from BC 22 on-premises to BC 28 in the cloud, coordinate testing, deliver training and maintain documentation.
