Lead Structural BIM Technologist & Modeler

SOM is seeking a skilled BIM Technician to create and manage structural BIM models and drawings across large projects. You will work under Structural Engineers, ensure consistency and data integrity, and support model management and deliverables.

The role requires Revit proficiency, CAD experience, and collaboration with engineers to update models and schedules. A 2-year college credential or equivalent is expected.
