Overview
In this role you drive delivery of social housing refurbishment projects by leading cross-functional site teams. You will align site operations with the business plan, ensure smooth execution, and report progress to senior leadership. The role covers a mix of retrofit, decarbonisation, and maintenance works across a 20-mile radius of Nottingham, with a focus on improving resident services and communities. Pay / Benefits
- Up to 75k salary
- annual bonus up to 15% of salary

Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Project Managers, Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, quality delivery
- Travel between sites and communicate progress to the senior team
- Survey and oversee works within a 20-mile radius of Nottingham
- Manage social housing schemes including Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing
- Support decarbonisation projects such as Ground Source Heat Pumps and Solar installations
Key requirements
- Social housing refurbishment / retrofit / decarbonisation / responsive repairs / maintenance experience
- UK Driving Licence
