In this Contracts Manager role, you will lead delivery of refurbishment and fit-out projects within the Special Works Division for a reputable main contractor. You will oversee multiple projects, primarily in Education and Healthcare sectors, across London and the Northern Home Counties. You’ll manage client relationships, project performance, and ensure quality and timely delivery. This is a permanent opportunity for an energetic professional who drives results and supports a growing regional team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of multiple refurbishment and fit-out projects (100k–3m)
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction across public and private clients
• Coordinate project teams to meet programs, budgets, and quality standards
• Monitor safety, compliance, and project documentation
• Assist in planning and strategizing for split-site project delivery across London and Home Counties

Key requirements

• Background with a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record on Education and Healthcare projects (100k–3m)
• Refurbishment and fit-out experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Strong customer-focused approach

• Experience in a Special/Small Works division is advantageous
