Senior Manufacturing Engineer — NPI & Lean Excellence

Daikin Applied is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III for Plymouth, MN (or Faribault, MN). You will represent manufacturing on new product programs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve manufacturability, define production processes, and provide tool/design support for new and existing production lines.

You will mentor engineers, lead cost‑reduction events, and evaluate capital equipment investments while applying lean principles to optimize workflow and equipment layouts.
