Join our team at Wenham View and Dove Close, providing a reassuring overnight presence for our tenants. You will help ensure the building remains safe, secure, and well-maintained, while acting as the on-site point of contact and responding appropriately to any incidents or emergencies that arise during the night.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, visitors, and other stakeholders during overnight hours.
- Help maintain the security of the building through regular monitoring of doors, windows, and communal areas.
- Carry out designated cleaning duties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Provide support, reassurance, and peace of mind to tenants who require assistance during the night.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all contacts, incidents, and actions undertaken during each shift.
- Support a person-centred approach, treating every tenant with dignity, respect, and recognition of their individual needs.
