We turn obstacles into opportunities, and our shared commitment to a sustainable future starts with each of us. Every day, our team collaborates to share knowledge and improve wherever possible, creating lasting benefits for generations to come.

We deliver performance and product efficiency for customers in power generation, oil & gas, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. Our offices are strategically positioned to provide global access to our expertise while maintaining a local focus in everything we do. We are a leading supplier of auxiliary equipment for major gas turbine OEMs and a trusted provider of aftermarket products and services for gas turbine operators worldwide.

Role, Team & Location

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Project Documentation Coordinator to join our Product Solutions team in the UK. In this role, you will play an important part in the successful delivery of our Gas Turbine Air Intake System projects by coordinating, compiling and issuing technical project documentation. You will ensure that documentation from internal teams, suppliers and other external stakeholders is complete, accurate and submitted in line with customer, contractual and project requirements.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary project environment and work closely with Engineers, Project Managers, Quality Engineers and Purchasing. Working under the guidance of the Engineering Manager, you will contribute to active projects while continuing to develop your technical knowledge and independence in project documentation coordination.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Documentation Coordinator, you bring structure and control to the documentation behind our projects. You coordinate technical information from internal teams, suppliers and third parties and turn this into complete and compliant document packages ready for customer submission.

You will manage project documentation through Client Document Management Systems (CDMS), keeping submissions, revisions, reviews and approvals moving through the required workflows. You will also support the preparation and issue of manufacturing and construction documentation, ensuring that project teams and customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information when they need it.

Quality and accuracy are central to your role. You identify missing information, inconsistencies or non-compliances and work with the relevant stakeholders to resolve them without losing sight of project deadlines. Alongside this, you monitor and analyse project documentation data and provide clear and timely reporting to support the wider project team.

This is a varied role where organisation, communication and attention to detail come together. As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to further develop your understanding of our engineering projects, documentation processes and technical environment.
