Duty Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a busy premium wet-led gastro pub in Covent Garden, driving service standards and future planning. You will work closely with the team to deliver a high-quality guest experience and support the venue’s growth. You shape day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and uphold the brand’s award-winning reputation. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on performance and culture.

• Lead daily operations of a busy premium wet-led gastro pub
• Drive drinks service standards and guest satisfaction
• Plan for future business growth and improvements
• Develop and motivate a high-performing team
• Support a smooth end-to-end guest journey in a late-night environment
• Maintain health, safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with senior management on promotions and events

• Strong hands-on operator in a late-night bar environment
• Proven experience in a similar wet-led premium pub role
