Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Overview

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer at Marley, you’ll deliver planned and reactive maintenance across the Burton site to keep production running safely and efficiently. You will develop and apply maintenance processes, manage spares and budgets, and drive improvements that reduce waste and downtime. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to meet site KPIs, regulatory standards, and lean initiatives. Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance at the Burton site
• Manage maintenance budget and ensure spares availability
• Develop and implement core maintenance processes and procedures
• Achieve site KPIs (H&S, production TME, CI & 8D)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and corporate standards
• Apply lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce wastage
• Coordinate with central Marley functions (engineering, EHSQ)
• Undertake other tasks within capability as needed

Key requirements

• Mechanical maintenance background
• Experience with core mechanical workshop skills
• CMMS experience, ideally SAP – PM module
• Experience of contractor control systems
• Experience with CI to deliver performance enhancements
