You will work with cross-functional teams on iconic commissions, focusing on performance, value delivery, and governance. You’ll apply analytical and contractual skills to drive forecast accuracy and support project delivery at scale. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of performance and quality, delivering client-focused outputs with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Plan and execute work effectively, identify value opportunities, and escalate when needed
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients, build professional relationships and maintain respectful communication
- Administer and manage contracts, monitor costs, forecast, report, and control variances and cashflow
- Coordinate with client and contractor teams to meet KPIs, programme performance, and value engineering
- Provide commercial leadership, improve forecast accuracy, and support timely final accounts
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to internal knowledge management and process improvements
Key requirements
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
- Cost / commercial management experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects
- Experience on major programmes or project portfolios
- Professional Chartership (preferable)
