Strategic IT Account Manager for MSPs & Roadmaps

1Tech Staffing Limited is recruiting a Technical Account Manager for a growing MSP, building out their KAM team. You will be the strategic point of contact for managed service customers, collaborating with technical, infrastructure, service desk and cyber security teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

You’ll take a proactive, consultative approach—helping customers understand their technology environment, identify risks, and develop practical IT roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
