Lead Community Nurse: Clinical Leadership & Care

East Coast Community Healthcare CIC is seeking a Sister/Charge Nurse/District Nurse to join the Primary Care Home team in Lowestoft. You will lead a multidisciplinary community nursing service, manage a number of clinicians and contribute to HR processes such as recruitment and appraisals.

The role involves front-line clinical practice, rapid home assessments to prevent hospital admission, and delivering care 7 days per week with a varied shift pattern.
