Chronic Pain Nurse Lead: Nurse-Led Clinics & Self-Management

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Chronic Pain Nurse/Sister or Charge Nurse (33 hours per week) to join the Chronic Pain Management Service. You will run nurse-led outpatient clinics and telephone reviews, supporting patients in self-management of chronic pain.
