Support Worker: Empowering Daily Living & Fun

Discovery is recruiting a Support Worker to assist six adults in a warm, dynamic home environment in Bridgwater. You’ll provide compassionate daily living support, participating in activities, meals and everyday tasks to promote independence and wellbeing.

No prior care experience is required; full training is provided, including Care Certificate within the first 12 weeks, with opportunities for learning in a supportive team and a range of development options.
