Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction projects from inception to completion
• Manage programmes, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and contractors
• Oversee procurement strategies, tender processes and contractor appointments
• Maintain client relationships and act as primary contact
• Manage project governance and stakeholder engagement
• Identify and resolve project risks and challenges
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth

Key requirements

• Experience in construction or multidisciplinary consultancy
• Proven track record delivering projects from inception to completion
• Experience in public sector residential and/or education projects
• Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts and project delivery
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and manage multidisciplinary teams
• Relevant degree qualification in Construction Project Management, Building Surveying or related discipline
• MRICS, MAPM or working towards accreditation is advantageous
