Overview
As Manager for Produce, you drive the category strategy to build a standout, high-quality range for London’s best catalogue. You will own the Produce section, shape the seasonal calendar, and push suppliers on quality, price, and terms. Collaborating with Marketing, Merchandising and Supply Chain, you translate data into action to improve availability, freshness, and assortment. This role offers the chance to influence a fast-paced, customer-centric platform that delivers in minutes.

Responsibilities
- Own and grow the Produce range including quality, price, and supplier relationships
- Trial innovative ranges ahead of the market to differentiate the catalogue
- Plan seasonality calendar to land the best produce on time
- Negotiate cost, delivery, and payment terms with suppliers while raising freshness standards
- Analyze sales, waste, and gaps to continuously improve the range
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising and Supply Chain to ensure availability and storytelling for customers
Key requirements
- Experience in Category Management or Buying, preferably in Fresh/Produce or fast-moving category
- Strong analytical skills with ability to build business cases from data
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace or Excel; BI tools a plus
- Curiosity about food and produce quality; ability to spot new ranges ahead of demand
- High energy, attention to detail, and ability to make quick decisions with imperfect information
