Overview

In this role you lead service and aftermarket projects, guiding the team from kickoff to close-out with a focus on safe execution and customer success. You act as the main customer contact, secure contractual commitments, and oversee commercial performance and delivery. You coordinate onshore and offshore activities, directing resources, schedules, risks, and finances. You will work closely with Finance and Service Management to report performance and identify new service opportunities. This position offers impact across project delivery, safety, and continuous improvement within a global energy services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead service and aftermarket projects from kick-off to close-out, ensuring safe, compliant delivery
  • Be the main point of contact for the customer and manage contractual commitments
  • Direct the project team across onshore and offshore activities with clear priorities
  • Manage scope, schedule, resources, risk, and financial performance
  • Monitor costs, revenue, forecasting, invoicing, and overall commercial performance with Finance
  • Plan Field Service Technician requirements and coordinate resources for offshore operations
  • Lead project meetings (kick-offs, pre-job reviews, risk reviews, operational meetings, close-outs)
  • Identify, document and manage project risks, quality issues, and operational problems
  • Oversee offshore inventory, spare parts, and consumables with accurate recording and billing
  • Monitor and report project performance and KPIs to customers and Service Management
  • Identify additional service opportunities and support quotations and variation orders
  • Ensure documentation, processes, and activities comply with TechnipFMC policies and HSEQ
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold the company values in a collaborative environment

Key requirements

  • Project management experience in oil and gas, energy services, or related technical setting
  • Experience with surface wellhead equipment, tooling and accessories (advantageous)
  • Strong commercial and financial awareness (budgeting, forecasting, cost control, risk management)
  • Knowledge of industry standards and controlled operational documentation
  • Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to lead meetings with customers and suppliers
  • Structured, proactive, practical planning, prioritisation and problem-solving
