Overview

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of global PLM transformation projects within Reckitt, partnering with cross-functional teams to embed new processes and strengthen data governance. You’ll work across R&D, IT&D, Supply and Regulatory to drive adoption and ensure compliance. The position sits at the heart of a global transformation, exposure to senior leaders, and a chance to shape how product information is managed organization-wide. You will help build a future-ready capability that enhances data integrity and traceability across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project teams across R&D, Supply, Regulatory, IT&D and external partners to deliver a global enterprise transformation
  • Plan and execute tollgate and checkpoint reviews to ensure readiness, compliance, and adherence to enterprise delivery framework and IT&D policies
  • Manage project resources with effective collaboration, prioritisation and clear accountability
  • Build stakeholder alignment through transparent communication, proactive risk management, and evidence-based decision-making
  • Ensure GxP validation, data privacy and cybersecurity principles are followed, with full traceability, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance
  • Set up weekly operational reviews, track progress, manage RAID items and close actions
  • Publish weekly status reports to Programme Managers and Senior Leadership highlighting progress, risks, issues, and decisions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to enable informed decisions
  • Act as project lead within SAP PLM transformation, bridging business and technical delivery teams

Key requirements

  • Proven project or programme management experience, preferably in regulated R&D/IT&D or commercial operations (FDA/EMA)
  • Understanding of GxP, validation, data integrity, with cross-functional experience across Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain
  • Hands-on delivery of digital/data/system transformation programmes with cross-functional leadership
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions is desirable
