Overview

In this role, you will lead efforts to re-imagine the trading experience within IPB DDT, shaping an end-to-end journey for advisors and clients. You will partner with business, advisors, leaders, designers, and technologists to define digital product strategy and align priorities to solve major user problems. You drive product roadmaps, prioritization, and feature definitions to deliver a differentiated user experience. You’ll work across delivery teams to pilot, roll out, and measure new capabilities that advance our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Understand advisor and client needs and assess business opportunities to inform initiatives and features
  • Define strategy, operating model, and roadmap to achieve vision and business goals
  • Own and drive the product roadmap to deliver a leading customer and product experience
  • Collaborate with developers and UX designers to create intuitive user experiences
  • Prioritize features to meet client, business, and control requirements
  • Lead product development lifecycle with clear requirements, sprint inputs/outputs, and trade-off decisions
  • Coordinate with other product owners and designers for end-to-end delivery
  • Partner with Technology to triage issues end-to-end and communicate resolutions
  • Establish pilot/rollout plans including scope, communication, training, and feedback metrics
  • Embody customer-obsession by leveraging data, KPIs, and feedback to shape design and roadmap
  • Maintain relationships with delivery partners across Digital, Technology, Design, Operations, and control functions

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Economics or related discipline
  • 7+ years in Product Management/Development, Strategy or Business Analysis, preferably in wealth management or digital banking
  • Strong understanding of trading, brokerage, and/or discretionary products
  • Experience delivering multi-workstream product delivery and launching new products to market
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and design techniques
  • Self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
