Overview
In this role you will own and manage a high-end portfolio of 300–500 units in prime Central London, ensuring excellent service, compliance, and maintenance standards. You will work within a long-established, independent firm known for its strong reputation and loyal client base. You’ll lead budget oversight, coordinate major works, and support junior managers, contributing to safe, well-run developments for leaseholders and residents. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 300–500 units across London ensuring high standards of client and leaseholder service
- Oversee service charge budgets, expenditure, and year-end accounts
- Liaise with leaseholders, freeholders, contractors, and RMC/RTM directors
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and building regulations
- Coordinate major works projects (Section 20 consultations) and building maintenance
- Attend AGMs and board meetings as required
- Support and mentor junior property managers within the team
Key requirements
- Proven experience as a Block/Property Manager at senior level
- Strong knowledge of leasehold legislation (LTA 1985, RICS Code of Practice, etc.)
- IRPM/AIRPM qualified or working towards
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing a high-value, prime London portfolio
