Overview

In this role, you drive Fever’s expansion in the UK entertainment market by building and sustaining high-value partnerships with producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders. You will design and execute a growth strategy to scale Fever’s presence while ensuring mutual value with partners. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the UK and internationally, staying ahead of trends in entertainment. This is a hands-on, fast-paced opportunity to shape partnerships and growth for a leading tech platform in live experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate deep relationships with top producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders in the entertainment industry
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy to scale Fever’s UK presence
  • Manage commercial strategy with large partners to create mutual value and sustainable partnerships
  • Balance and grow a large client base with strong organizational skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional UK and international teams to drive partner growth
  • Stay informed on entertainment trends and emerging experiences to act as the in-house expert

Key requirements

  • 4+ years of top-tier consulting experience or equivalent, with additional 4+ years in relevant sectors (corporate management, tech, sport/music/arts)
  • Strong business development and partnership management skills
  • Self-starter able to thrive in a demanding start-up environment
  • Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and a Sales CRM (SugarCRM preferred)
  • Knowledge of the city’s entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
