Associate Operational Access Management Analyst

Overview

In this role you will drive access management controls and audits to protect data as a corporate asset. You will work within the Operational Governance team in the Customer & Data domain to manage PII and freely available data access across systems. You will implement and maintain internal controls, document workflows, and ensure auditable access processes. You will collaborate with data owners and stakeholders to improve policies, with a strong focus on compliance and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Manage access to privileged systems and tools following defined processes
• Support and maintain PII access controls and related workflows
• Develop workflows for accessing PII and commercially sensitive data with identified stakeholders
• Use systems (Microsoft Forms, JIRA) to manage access and document audit/compliance
• Ensure access requests and approvals are recorded and auditable via ticketing system
• Report and monitor existing PII access in line with SOPs
• BAU support for PII access and guidance on PII data usage
• Provide guidance and act as single point of contact for PII access needs
• Provide reporting to Group Governance and data owners
• Support GDPR compliance across Tech

Key requirements

• Knowledge of data landscape across traditional, open source, digital and cloud environments
• Basic database and cloud configuration skills
• Some knowledge of access management concepts
• Strong communication skills
• Some experience or knowledge of BI tools
• Confidentiality and integrity in data access
• Attention to detail in in-day activity and reporting
