Overview

In this role you will shape the long-term growth strategy for a portfolio of enterprise merchants, integrating Checkout into their core operations. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, translating payments performance into strategic value. You will lead complex negotiations and craft innovative commercial models while guiding cross-functional teams. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps and merchant outcomes through data-driven insights and active advocacy. Responsibilities

  • Own the 12–18 month growth roadmap for a portfolio of enterprise merchants
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and lead impactful QBRs
  • Lead multi-stakeholder contract negotiations and renewals with commercial innovation
  • Drive value-based selling using data-driven insights to demonstrate merchant impact
  • Represent the Voice of the Merchant to influence Product and Engineering roadmaps
  • Mentor junior account managers and foster a collaborative team culture

Key requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or related fintech/payments role
  • Strategic problem solver with strong project management skills
  • Solid knowledge of major e-commerce and payments technologies and trends
  • Ability to balance multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to influence across departments and stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Fluent in English (UK focus)
