Overview

In this role you help drive efficiency and performance across revenue-generating functions by turning data into actionable insights. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing and Data leaders to optimize processes, forecast accuracy, and strategic decision-making. You’ll build dashboards and own revenue analytics to give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health and performance. Responsibilities

  • Revenue Analytics: analyze revenue funnel data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; create KPIs and dashboards for real-time pipeline visibility
  • Process Optimisation: evaluate end-to-end revenue processes and implement improvements to pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting workflows
  • Forecasting & Reporting: own regular revenue and forecast reporting; collaborate with Finance and Sales to sharpen forecasts and identify growth opportunities
  • CRM & Systems Ownership: maintain and improve CRM and revenue tech stack; train teams and drive adoption of new tools
  • Automation & Tooling: identify and implement automation to streamline revenue workflows with technology and data teams
  • Strategic Support: provide data-driven analysis for cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product
  • AI-Enabled Analysis: use AI/LLM tools to speed up analysis, summarise data, draft reports, and streamline RevOps workflows

Key requirements

  • 2–4 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; Master’s a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Understanding of revenue lifecycle from pipeline to renewals
  • Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities; collaborative across teams
  • Familiarity with financial products and markets is desirable
