Overview

In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to shape and execute Rightmove’s long-term growth. You will evaluate high-impact opportunities and define strategic paths across build, buy, and partner options. You will lead transaction lifecycle activities, from market screening to deal execution, and oversee post-acquisition integration and value creation. Your work will deepen our understanding of the Proptech landscape and influence top-level decisions with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic assessment: frame complex opportunities, compare Build/Buy/Partner options, and frame solutions
  • End-to-end transaction management: drive stakeholder engagement and manage the full lifecycle from rationale to deal execution
  • Integration and value creation: own the post-acquisition integration framework to deliver synergies
  • Market intelligence and ecosystem radar: build expertise in the Proptech landscape through research and external relationships

Key requirements

  • 4–6 years in Corporate Development (digital marketplaces, software, tech, or media) or Strategy Consulting with relevant experience
  • Proven ability to deliver insightful recommendations using hypothesis-based problem solving
  • Excellent analytical capability, including qualitative and quantitative analysis and financial modelling
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and ability to present to senior stakeholders
  • Experience across multiple parts of the transaction lifecycle from sourcing through to integration
  • Comfortable in a lean, high-impact team and capable of delivering core analytical and presentation outputs
