You will support an international client base with indemnity and coverage guidance, handling claims, disputes over policy wordings, and insurer negotiations. Responsibilities

• Advise on claims management and coverage disputes
• Review and interpret policy wordings
• Manage claims notifications and presentations
• Negotiate with insurers and coordinate recoveries

Key requirements

• 4+ years’ PQE in complex contentious insurance matters with emphasis on coverage advice
• Excellent academics
• Experience at a reputable competitor law firm
• Open to candidates with high-level commercial litigation or similar complex areas
