Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio in accordance with regulations
- Handle client enquiries via phone and email and take appropriate actions
- Attend client meetings and regular site visits
- Oversee site staff operations
- Oversee contractors’ performance and maintenance issues
- Prepare and monitor budgets
- Oversee building compliance management
- Oversee Section 20 processes
- Coordinate operations and back-office teams to keep buildings in top form
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure buildings remain clean, safe and pleasant for residents
Key requirements
- TPI qualification and demonstrable post-qualification experience
- Good understanding of Residential Property Management and current legislation
- Hands-on experience with HRB matters
- Well-developed interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Interpersonal and customer-focused
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Good literacy and numerical skills
