Product Content Strategy Lead

Little Journey seeks a Senior Product Content Manager to lead content strategy across Trial Flow, ensuring high-quality, scalable content across education, support and product UI. You will partner with Product, Clinical, Design and Delivery to align content priorities with participant needs and business goals, while managing direct reports and freelancers.

You will shape how we generate, review, publish and localise content, exploring AI-driven prompts and workflows with clinical validation.
