Overview

In this role, you will lead the global portfolio title review process for PlayStation Studios, shaping development reviews and stakeholder alignment. You will work closely with studios, internal groups, and executive leadership to provide actionable insights across the development lifecycle. You’ll drive process improvements, promote transparency, and advocate for a robust title development framework. This position offers the opportunity to influence how games are reviewed and developed on a global scale, across diverse studios and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive periodic title reviews on-site and virtually across global studio locations
  • Coordinate with studios and internal groups (user research, publishing, forecasting, finance) to prepare reviews
  • Build trust and alignment across development teams, executive leadership, and support groups
  • Provide actionable insights to studio leadership aligned with game goals throughout development
  • Share best practices across PlayStation Studios and foster learning
  • Advocate for transparency and interpretative guidance in the title review process
  • Propose and implement improvements to the title development framework and internal systems
  • Maintain and champion a framework emphasizing integrity, transparency, and accountability
  • Take on special projects as needed by the organization

Key requirements

  • 8+ years in internal game production with launch experience and leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the game development lifecycle across multiple genres and platforms
  • Ability to review and analyze development deliverables (creative, financial, business)
  • Excellent communicator with track record of cross-department collaboration
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with diverse stakeholders
  • Balancing structured processes with flexibility for studio needs
  • Experience with global teams and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Experience with tools for user research, playtesting, and metrics analysis
